Testimony of Ludovic R., Test Technician

"I incorporated KEREVAL in October 2008 as a technician tester.
Before being hired in KEREVAL I worked 9 months at the University of Rennes 2 to Villejean as system and network technician. Then 9 months I worked at Motorola in Cesson-Sévigné as a technician to validate the software embedded in mobile phones.
I KEREVAL chosen because it is a young company which differs from SSII lot located in the basin Rennais. And also because KEREVAL specializes in testing and validation, which is an area where I want to change.
My job took place over several interviews over 2 days. First, I met Mr BEUCHARD, the Commercial Director, who introduced me to the company and its business. Then I met the managers of different projects Mutualité France Telecom and France. Finally, during my last two interviews, I met Mr RIBAULT, Technical Director and Mr TAMOUDI, the CEO with whom I signed my contract.
My job is very well with a lot of hardship from KEREVAL. I am currently working on the Business Everywhere for France Telecom R & D.
What motivates me most in KEREVAL is the work environment offered by the company and the project on which I work. To summarize, I would say that KEREVAL is a young and dynamic changes. "

"I joined KEREVAL since 20 October 2008 for a Test Technician.
My mission is over Thomson since 31/12/2007, I wanted to mix my skills. I got training in Rennes and Brest. Then I wanted a job because I have acquired sufficient training concepts.
Towards the end of my mission THOMSON, I've tried to point me to quality, testing and validation, but for lack of time, I was unable to address certain aspects of the field. I used to KEREVAL orientation test & validation, which corresponded perfectly to my career aspirations, its human scale, and opportunities for advancement and training.
My job interviews (5 in total) took place over 2 days, it had never happened, and it's quite surprising to some extent stressful, but trainer. Get the answer from the second day of interview, here is what I call a quick response and for my part, I find it much more effective than a simple letter.
Since my arrival in KEREVAL I work on the draft of the French Mutualité.
KEREVAL can work on various projects and be able to some extent contribute to their quality and performance. "

"I joined the company KEREVAL May 13 2008, to engineer a car.
Before joining KEREVAL, I first worked in a research laboratory in the field of electric vehicles and then join the PSA, where I led a team of embedded software development.
My desire was to leave the Paris region and work in a human scale, so I started a new job search. I wanted to join a young, dynamic and innovative and I chose KEREVAL that met its criteria.
Since my hiring, I am in charge of projects pre-sales of the automotive division. My role is to respond to customer needs in the amount of projects with a technical and organizational. These projects are then brought over by the project managers and development teams KEREVAL.
To be a proactive player in the draft, have a vision on the entire development cycle and this in a framework consistent progress gives me motivation and professionnelle.Pour summary, I would say that KEREVAL provides a framework for where the willingness to progress and innovation are key goals. "

"I joined the company in January 2008 KEREVAL as a technician testing. Before joining KEREVAL, I made a BTS management information Development option. Currently I am working on the provision of software validation on behalf of France Telecom R & D. My choice was oriented KEREVAL because of my interest in the craft of software testing and also because KEREVAL represents the image of a young, dynamic and innovative. Several factors contribute to my motivation in KEREVAL including the recognition and consideration of the company for its staff, the dynamic growth of the company and the sense of being an actor in the evolution of society.
