Personal and professional increase is KEREVAL’s strength. Our company is growing up thanks to the 40 employees sharing knowledge and experience. KEREVAL undertakes to develop a Human Resources strategy based on respect and personal blooming.

Wanting to offer a quality service to its customers, KEREVAL takes care of employees’ skills development and gives professional training for them.

Skill management

– Every production employee has the ISTQB certification. When they integrate KEREVAL Company, they receive the international tester accreditation following a 3 days training.

– Training center accredited, we can offer several possibilities of evolution to our employees with training on test tools, requirements engineering (REQB), mobile application testing (CMAP) and others professional trainings.

In a pleasant environment and a healthy space, we are able to propose opportunities to progress and get new skills:

  • Regular training on test tools : KEREVAL employees have to adapt them to the permanent evolution of tester job
  • An individual skills evaluation is realized for every employee with two annual performance interviews. We have created a skills visualization system to follow in real time the individual growing.

Knowledge sharing

Joining us, you will be free to bring your ideas and you will receive an appropriate assistance for projects realization. In add to the expertise of our collaborators, we have a database system able to save knowledge and expertise resulting of thirteen testing years. To take an example, junior testers can be helped by this database during their first projects.
